What is the Practice Leadership Circle

The Practice Leadership Circle is an ongoing mentoring space for allied health practice owners, sole traders, and senior clinicians who carry leadership responsibilities and want structured, thoughtful support as they build and lead sustainable practices. It’s designed for those seeking a trusted thinking partner when making decisions that impact their team, their clients, and their own long-term sustainability. At roughly the cost of two therapy sessions per month, the Circle offers a high-leverage investment in clearer thinking, faster and better decision-making, and enduring practice resilience.

The Circle is particularly suited to allied health business owners, sole traders stabilising or scaling their practice, senior clinicians in leadership or management roles, and anyone responsible for supervising, mentoring, or leading other clinicians. It works best for those who value access, reflection, and timely input over content-heavy programs, providing a space to think, reflect, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Members are supported through a combination of:

● Monthly 1:1 mentoring - a scheduled 30‑minute private session focused on leadership, decision‑making, and complex issues (sessions can be banked for up to 3 months)

● Regular group sessions - generally held fortnightly and focused on real‑world leadership, practice, and clinical challenges

● Ongoing access between sessions - structured text or voice messaging for short questions and sense‑checking. Support is ongoing and relationship‑based, rather than ad hoc or transactional.
